Areas of focus
Self-esteem & confidence
Confidence is rarely built by positive thinking. It is built by no longer being at war with yourself.

Low self-esteem is a voice, and that voice usually belonged to someone else first. Teenagers hear it in comparison and social media; adults hear it in performance reviews and relationships.
I also work with focus and composure before a specific challenge — an exam, an interview, a competition, a medical procedure — often with hypnosis.
You may recognise yourself if…
A harsh internal commentary you would never use with a friend
Difficulty accepting compliments or claiming achievements
Saying yes when you mean no
Avoiding opportunities to avoid the risk of failing
Freezing or blanking under exam or performance pressure
How we work together
We identify the critical voice, its history, and what it was originally trying to protect.
We strengthen an internal adult who can answer it — not by arguing, but by taking responsibility.
Where a concrete event is approaching, we prepare with hypnosis and anchoring so your resources are available under pressure.
