Areas of focus

Expats & international families

Being able to speak about your inner life in your own language is not a luxury. It is part of the treatment.

I am a native English speaker working in an area — Sophia Antipolis, Valbonne, Monaco — where a large part of the community has arrived from somewhere else. I know the particular loneliness of a life that looks enviable from the outside.

Relocation reshuffles everything at once: identity, career, couple, friendships, children's schooling, and the invisible support network you left behind.

You may recognise yourself if…

Feeling permanently slightly out of place, in both countries
A partner's career move that has cost you your own
Loneliness that is hard to admit because the setting is beautiful
Children struggling with language, school or belonging
Grief for a home you can visit but not return to
Couple tension amplified by isolation

How we work together

We work in the language you dream in. Sessions are available in English and in French, and we can move between them.

We separate what belongs to the relocation from what the relocation has revealed.

For families, I can work with parents, with a child, or with the family system together — often the fastest route to relief.

The first step is often the most difficult. Let's take it together.
