Emotional wellbeing
Emotional regulation is a skill, not a personality trait. It can be learned at any age.

Some people arrive saying they feel too much; others that they feel nothing at all. Both are forms of the same difficulty: emotions that have never had a safe place to be expressed.
Emotional regulation is my central specialism. It is the thread that runs through everything else I work with.
You may recognise yourself if…
Reactions that feel bigger than the situation
Anger that arrives late, or never arrives at all
Shutting down when things become emotionally intense
Difficulty naming what you feel
Repeating the same relational scenario and not knowing why
How we work together
We build an emotional vocabulary, then a felt map: where each emotion lives in your body and what it needs.
We practise regulation in the room, in real time, so the skill becomes yours rather than a theory.
We trace the origin of the patterns, gently, and give the younger parts carrying them something they did not receive.
