Areas of focus
Depression & low mood
Depression lingers where sadness passes. It is real, it is common, and it responds to support.

Depression is more than a difficult period. It is a persistent low mood and a loss of interest that begins to interfere with sleep, appetite, work and relationships.
Therapy does not replace medical care, and for some people medication is an important part of recovery. What therapy adds is understanding, and a relationship in which nothing has to be performed.
You may recognise yourself if…
Sadness, emptiness or hopelessness that lasts
Loss of interest in what used to matter
Fatigue, slowed thinking, difficulty deciding
Changes in sleep or appetite
Guilt, worthlessness, harsh self-judgement
Withdrawal from people who care about you
How we work together
We start small and concrete: rhythm, light, movement, one manageable action.
We work with the parts of you that have given up and the parts that are exhausted from carrying, without forcing optimism.
We coordinate with your doctor when helpful, and we always name risk clearly and safely.
