Life transitions
Endings and beginnings ask more of us than we expect — even the ones we chose.

A separation, a bereavement, a move to another country, a child leaving home, a career that no longer fits, a diagnosis. Transitions ask you to let go of a version of yourself before the next one has arrived.
That in-between period is uncomfortable, and it is also where most of the meaningful work happens.
You may recognise yourself if…
Feeling untethered, as though you are between two lives
Grief that surprises you with its intensity or its timing
Difficulty making decisions about the future
Loss of identity linked to a role, a place or a relationship
Guilt about not coping better with a change you wanted
How we work together
We give the ending its proper place — what is genuinely lost, and what deserves to be honoured.
We look at what the transition has activated: older separations, attachment patterns, family loyalties.
We then work forward: what you want the next chapter to protect, and what you are willing to leave behind.
