English Therapist/Psychotherapy & Counselling

My journey
I became a Psychotherapist and Psychopractitioner through a 3-year training program at the IEPRA Institute based in Brussels, which allowed me to integrate concrete and powerful therapeutic tools such as SEB®, TRCC®, PCC®, EFT®, Remap®, TAT®, IFS®, IR® and I also completed training with Dr. Karen Ikew to become a Hypnosis therapist.
Having graduated with a Master's degree in International Industrial Affairs, I worked for over 15 years in the field of financial negotiation. A field where conflicts of interest (which are almost always necessary to achieve results) made me uncomfortable.
I've always felt better with the children in English class.
And little by little I changed careers.
Empathy & Compassion
Respectful and non-violent communication, sensitivity to empathy and compassion are at the heart of my practice.
Certified Training
Graduate of the IEPRA Institute in Belgium, with a rich background combining the holisitc approach in therapy.
Ethical & Secure Framework
Each 50-minute to 1-hour session takes place in a confidential, comfortable and supportive environment.

My approach
An intermediate position between mindfulness and sleep
THERAPEUTIC HYPNOSIS
Hypnotherapy induces lasting behavioral changes by creating new neural connections in your brain.
This "rewiring" process occurs through repeated positive suggestions during the hypnotic state, which replace old patterns with healthier alternatives.
This method facilitates awareness in order to modify the
beliefs and behaviors following trauma.
EYE MOVEMENT THERAPY
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a structured psychotherapy that combines the evocation of a difficult memory with alternating bilateral stimulation through eye movements.
The principle is to help the brain to "reprocess" information that had remained blocked after a traumatic event (accident, assault, sudden bereavement, disaster, prolonged exposure to violence, etc.).
As the series of stimulations progresses, emotional activation decreases, and more adaptive cognitions emerge.
The goal is to reduce the emotional burden associated with a traumatic memory.
An emotional release practice
EFT©
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a psycho-energetic method aimed at promoting the release of disturbing emotions.
It is based on the manual stimulation of specific points located on the acupuncture meridians, while combining cognitive and verbal work on thoughts or memories that generate tension.
This is a technique that can be useful in conditions such as stress, anxiety, and depression.
An Innovative Method for Lasting Emotional Balance
SEB©
Self Emotional Balancing© is a unique therapeutic approach
which combines the stimulation of acupressure points and techniques
specific techniques to reconnect wounded parts to the Self. This method
allows for the effective treatment of complex traumas and disorders of
attachment, while offering the patient increased autonomy.
By focusing on inner calm and bodily sensations of relaxation and peace, SEB facilitates the repair of internal connections in an ecological and rapid way. This holistic approach allows
working simultaneously on several parts of the patient, thus reducing the
therapy time and increasing client comfort.
Collaborative and active therapy, involving practical exercises to be completed between sessions.
CBT
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a scientifically validated, short-term therapy that addresses the interactions between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. These therapies therefore focus on the person’s current problems while taking into account their past causes

MOVEMENT THERAPIE
The role of dance therapy is first and foremost to assess the need, to welcome it into a safe therapeutic space and to design tailor-made sessions that combine movement exercises and choreographic activities — in a wide variety of styles — in order to heal them.
Support
tailored to your needs
Individual
Individual sessions are beneficial because they allow us to create a heart-to-heart bond of trust where we can share our deepest emotions, thoughts, and wounds.
Couple
Couple therapy is generally a step taken when a relationship is struggling.
Infidelity, communication difficulties, lack of trust.
The goal is to re-engage in dialogue and to listen to each other more with the help of the therapist.
Family
Family therapy takes into account all the interactions within a family. Its aim is to help each member express themselves, uncover unspoken issues, resentments, and fears.
It is sometimes necessary to better understand the other person in what they are experiencing in the same situation as you.
Band
Group therapy is a collective support approach that can be used to share emotions and experiences with several people for positive support. It's a rich experience where you feel understood and supported by others going through the same thing.
